Jewelry and Watch
If the BUYER for any reason is not satisfied with the product, the BUYER has seven (7) days to request a return or exchange and seven (7) days to return the product(s). There will be a 30% restocking fee if the following conditions have not been met:
(a) Product must be returned in its original package, unopened, or the seal broken off
(b) BUYER must include all materials that arrived with the product, excluding any marketing materials
Accessories and Other Products
If the BUYER for any reason is not satisfied with the product, the BUYER has seven (10) days to request a return or exchange and seven (10) days to return the product(s). There will be a 30% restocking fee if the following conditions have not been met:

(d) The USER must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Auction, Clearance, and Collectibles
All auctions, clearance, and collectible product sales are final and have no return or refund policy unless stated in the product description.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the BUYER is responsible for return shipping charges.
